At Open Door, we connect people in our community with needed resources by partnering with other agencies and organizations such as Ohio Job and Family Services, the Salvation Army, the AEP Neighbor to Neighbor Program, and HEAP and empower them to make positive choices for the future.

Open Door Programs include:

Getting Connected- A one-on-one session with an informed, caring volunteer to discover client needs and to help                                        them discover short and long-term solutions.

Financial Planning Class- A required  class that helps our clients prepare for a better future

Getting Ahead- An 8 week workshop that helps individuals in poverty build resources for a more successful life.

Ally Program- Clients are introduced to a community leader who becomes their Ally as they move forward.

KNOWLEDGE ROCKS!- A free tutoring program for K-12 students in Upper Sandusky Exempted Village and St. Peter's Catholic school districts.
